student cert has completion activities, when met the link to the cert activates , when you click on the link 'view Certificate' is displayed. When this is selected the cert is automatically downloaded. I would like to inhibit automatic download. The cert is not emailed to user. I'd like that the user can only view and download the cert in their user profile. It's to do with a CRON date stamping issue which could end up in multiple file downloads.
