Hi all, I'm having an issue where when I import a Word document that was saved in the Online version of Office 365 as a docx gives an Alert error. "File Conversion Failed".
It works perfectly fine on the regular Office 365 desktop version.
Does anyone have an idea why this is.
I have tried downloading a copy and Save as... online and then downloaded it. No luck.
