make custom menu-items available

Hello

I would like custom menu items that we have in a theme. Make visible to users who are not logged in. We also use our Moodle LMS as a website. hence i have these menu items, on the homepage (frontpage). Everything works as it should. I just can't figure out how to do this.

Will be with some piece of code I guess ??
