Moodle has a Groups functionality that allows a particular activity, resource or topic section to just one class or set of users and you don’t want others to see it. There are three group modes.
To Restrict access to a particular group you will need to use the restrictions functions of that activity according to certain conditions. The Restrict access settings allows you to use groups. Make sure to check out the Using restrict access to see other examples of how to use these functionality.
