Moodle in English: Error While Installing Course formats: Tiles format Plugin

I was trying to install the Course formats: Tiles format Plugin, at the final stage of the installation, it gave this error message below:

And When I clicked on continue, it gave this error

Please, anyone with ideas on how these can be fixed?

Version of Moodle?

Version the plugin is compat up to? Check where you downloaded.

'T-String' errors are usually version issues.

I am using Moodle 3.9

I check the versions of the plugin and it says they are compatible with Moodle 3,9
