SCORM Error After Uploading To Moodle 3.10+

Hi. I have been developing an LMS project for our company. Everything was working fine until we updated moodle to the latest version. After that update, our SCORM packages stopped working.

Below you can see how the SCORM page looks. In previous version, this error did not occur.

When I check the developer console, I see that error: "https://tradepartner.ca/27/mod_scorm/content/1/index_lms is not found". As an additional information, our moodle is installed under "https://tradepartner.ca/moodle30" folder, not "https://tradepartner.ca/27"

In addition, there is no folder named "27" in the directory. So, why Moodle tries to find some file under a folder that does not exist?

When I check my SCORM package, I clearly see that index_lms.html exists in the correct path in the SCORM .zip file. However, when I search for index_lms.html after I upload my SCORM to moodle, I can't find anything. That means that, while uploading SCORM package, Moodle deletes index_lms.html. But why?

So, my question is: What is the reason of that problems and how can I fix it to make my SCORM packages work again?

Thanks.
