PoodLL quiz question - iOS

Hi,

Students using Safari on iPads cannot play back their recorded audio in quiz questions until after they submit the quiz. For the user it looks like nothing has been recorded or uploaded until after the quiz has been submitted and they are reviewing their results.

We're using Moodle 3.8.4 and 3.1.03 PoodLL Recording (Question type).

Hi Janis this appears to be an issue on iOS14, it just plays the first second of audio and then ends. We have not been able to resolve this yet. Working on it.
