Sorry Harmony. If I understand you correctly, you have two separate courses on the same MOODLE server. You want to move a book module from one course into your current course. If that is correct, here's another short YouTube that illustrates how to do this:
  

The above YouTube shows the menu access in a different location than the previous video. In MOODLE 3.6 you can access the Import command at the top of the course as shown in the previous video. When you move a copy of your book module (or any other resource) from one course to another it will be located in the same week or topic that it appeared in the course you've moved it over from. Now that you have moved the resource over, you will want to move it to your desired location within the current course.

Another option is the Moodle Sharing Cart block. This plugin gives you lots of flexibility of copying and pasting activities in multiple courses in any topic that you need.  There are also some forum discussions on using the Sharing Cart.
