After upgrading moodle from 3.9.2 to 3.10 with Moove theme 3.9.08 broke the site in frontend and backend!
Hopefully, the developer of the Moove theme will jump in and help.

As a general recommendation, consider updating a "sandbox" Moodle before updating your production Moodle. Yep, I know, this doesn't help you right now. I just wanted to put this thought here for you.
