Why not just phpmyedit ?

Martin described introduced this module as kind of filemaker pro or phpmyadmin, so why not just integrate phpmyedit:

http://www.phpmyedit.org/

Works great, has extensions, documentation. This is very needed ( table editor / form creator ) in moodle but seems like re-inventing the wheel compared to projects aimed just at this need.

Firstly I've never seen it before, secondly it's quite a different thing, so to get from that to what I wanted would have been just as much work, and incompatible with their codebase.
