I hope, those who compile those procedures at liquidweb.com know what they are doing. According to my knowledge Moodle rel. 3.1 is not compatible with MariaDB 10.5. See http://www.syndrega.ch/blog/#php-and-dbms-compatibility-of-major-moodle-releases.
