Hi!

We are using Moodle 3.9 with theme Adaptable version 3.0.2.

The plugin Filter Codes is disabled (see the screenshots attached).

Could you please advise how it would be possible to enable this plugin?

It does indeed, so have you tried applying what they recommend to a test version of theme on a test server?
