I am having some strange issues with certain forum posts, you can see more here and my latest is the last in the comments for the issue. Now because this fails, all adhoc tasks no longer run, i have to go into mdl_task_adhoc table and adjust the nextruntime to a date far into the future each time one of these posts fails so that the pending adhoc tasks run. Anybody know what is causing this or why the INSERT query would be failing or where i can start to diagnose? Can something be changed so it doesn't cause all adhoc tasks to not process?
