My CC has just updated to Moodle 3.9.
I am probably one of the first instructors at our school attempting to link Moodle via LTI to XYZHOMEWORK.com, the class is Pre-Algebra.
Working with our school's Moodle Support and the XYZHomework tech we went through all the normal steps per XYZ.
My Moodle Course shows all the links to the associated XYZ assignments, but when clicked through, the questions do not appear in the content box on the next page.
We deleted and recreated the class and regenerated the LTI. No change was apparent.
Next Monday, we will work with the next level of our Moodle Support Chain in case there is a permission setting only she can approve.
Any Suggestions on what to look at next?
