We have been using custom certificate for a while now and it works perfectly except for one thing.
For the role of teacher, clicking the download certificate icon opens a new blank browser window, rather than forcing download of the pdf. The URL displayed in the address bar looks correct (eg. .../mod/customcert/view.php?id=21663&downloadissue=2935) but nothing is displayed in the window. Our workaround is for the teacher to log in as the student and download, but this is less than ideal.
It felt like this may be a permissions issue, but I have checked all the permissions relating to Custom Certificate for the teacher and can't see any relevant entries. Is there perhaps another global permission that may affect this?
