Hi Reye,

It's not possible for you to manually run cron for your site on MoodleCloud. We run cron automatically. However we are currently experiencing technical issues delaying the processing of cron jobs. Please see our status page.

We're working to have this resolved ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just got a call from someone who says that cron is not running on her MoodleCloud site.

I am experiencing this problem, now november -21. Cron is set to default "yes" and "ASAP" for Moodecloud, but no passwords or emails are generated when I bulk upload eventhough I include a password column. Any solution? (When I upload one user at a time it works). I get no error message, only that my new users are not notified.
