Dear Team,

Please help. 

we are facing performance degradation on very good hardware configuration 

AWS EC2 instance (vCPU - 8, RAM - 32 GB)

RDS Mysql (vCPU - 8, RAM - 64GB)

Moodle 3.3 

PHP 7.2.31

Apache 2.4.43

MYSQL 5.7

Deployed the moodle instance in above mentioned configuration hardware but facing a lot of delay in response from the server side. 

The course contains some html text, video and quiz. 

Please suggest how to optimize the server. 

Even the log out is taking too much time.

Carefully go through the documentation in the Hardware and performance forum. Also read as many recent posts as possible.
