One of my students cannot sign into Moodle on her phone or laptop. she has reset her password more than one time. the new password working in the other systems and it should work in here but it's not.
I've noticed a new instruction in her profile below the new password "
User services: Moodle mobile web service "
and it will not allow me to untick it as I am the system administrator. As you can see the screenshot below.
We are using Moodle version 3.8. I've looked at other user accounts and this instruction is not there. how can untick this option, Any ideas? Thank you all
