No, I didn't. I didn't know that there is still some urls that should be updated. Maybe that's the reason why many of the pictures on the local Moodle are not working. However, I transferred all my files again using rsync command and after that my local Moodle started to work (except many of the pictures are still missing and I guess this could be fixed with updating urls).
