Moodle in English

Whenever we go to access our MoodleCloud site it just loads a blank white screen. I submitted a ticket to the third party hosting partner, but it's been 3 days and haven't received a response. I've tried different browsers, different internet connections, and different computers. I'm not sure why it won't load.
