Double-check all category settings in your Gradebook.

Check if "aggregation type" is natural and the "Weight adjusted" checkbox is selected.
I think the weight checkboxes are not shown in the "simple weighted mean of grades" mode only.

I prefer the "Weighted mean of grades" method.
