Aha! That is the highest Moodle Bench score I've seen, 25,201 points, and the shortest "ping" time on moodle.org, 3 minutes!
I thought the explanation is there iteself,
3 Reading file performance

current 44.621 acceptable. 0.5
4 Writing file performance
(Write a file multiple times to check the writing speed of the Moodle temporary folder)
current 206.390 acceptable 1.0

They are your hardware! Only you know what they are, specially what is behind moodledata?

My system configuration is good but still slowness is there , mainly I/o performance
