When you add an image do you add and see alternative text? Have you tried linking to a picture on the web?

Don't know why? I just tried in my Moodle, and had no problem. Maybe your Moodle isn't configured to show pictures, or something like that?Hallo Rolf,
Your image will not be displayed if it is 0px high. Do you have any CSS or JavaScript that makes it go from a height of 187px to 0px?

Have you modified the class "img-responsive" or "attp_image_button_text-bottom"? Does it work if you remove them?
Try removing everything except the source URL. In other words, edit the HTML code as follows (where the x's are values set by Moodle):
