SOS... "Not Secured" Moodle site warning

Hi.  I am a newbie.  I just started getting to know Moodle.  So if this post should not be here because I don´t know where to post it.

We have a domain in a hosting (e.g. domain.online).  Within its public html folder I installed Moodle 3.8.  So now, we have an existing domain.online/moodle which is currently being developed.  We have not created any web or content in the main domain (domain.online which has an SSL installed).  But whenever I go to the domain.online/moodle, the URL address bar has a warning that the site is "Not secured".  Can anybody guide me what to do about this?  Should I re-install Moodle?  If so, how do I go about its re-installation so that it will become secured?

Hope anybody can help and guide me.

Thanks.

May, have you tested your domain first to see if it is actually serving content over https?

like for example, even with blank page, you can type https://www.mydomain.online

and see if its serving page with https intact

if it is, then in your config.php file, make sure you have mentioned https:// in your moodle root (https://www.mydomain.online/moodle)

if you can link your actual domain here for us to see

Thanks for the reply.

Our domain is institucionteresiana.online (which is blank). I installed in its public html Moodle 3.8, so it comes out as institucionteresiana.online/moodle (which we're still configuring).
I tried to change in the config but it didn't work (please see attached screenshot of error).
Should I re-install it?

Hope I can fix it without having to re-install.

May, its working, BUT, there are some parts that are not secured (may be uploaded after switching to https)

you dont have to re-install, BUT do delete and re-upload images, this time they will be with https

alternatively you can always do fresh install

I don´t understand how it is working when the Moodle site displays an error when I refreshed it. Does it take awhile to see its effect once I change the https in config of Moodle?
Aside from changing something in the config, what else do I have to change and check?
Thanks.

This is when your site is accessed without HTTPS

And this is when its accessed with HTTPS, means images arent loading, you can either delete and re-upload images, or as its new install, you can delete and re-install it
