Hey, Mark et al. I really like this plugin and we've been making use of it. One thing I'd really appreciate as a feature would be to the ability to select the default page (paper) size. I know I can hack the code and set the default, but being able to select letter, A4, etc would be much better. Or even having default settings for height and width.

Are you using mod_certificate or mod_customcert? In the Custom certificate module this is already possible.

I'm using mod_customcert. The only options I see relating to paper size is Width and Height when editing the certificate. Thre are no default options and there is no way to select letter vs A4 or portrait vs landscape. I'm using version 3.8.4 of the plugin.
