eguru and sister themes

I'm looking at eguru for some simpler sites and it is nicely elegant in it's own way.

it does however have some stopping points and the devs LMSACE don't seem to be active since December 2019 and the git version is only 3.7

Main issue is the admin block cannot move into the left main menu drawer

Is there anyone such as @Gareth who might want to take it over from those guys?

I am going to try my own upgrading/cloning but I am dangerous with code 

I'm using Moodle 3.8.2+

Hi Don,
There is a 3.8 version in the plugins database and on Git - it is there although it isn't the default branch on Git.
Have you tried to contact the developers direct?
