We have a Moodle Cloud site, and one of our students is having a problem logging in with Firefox -- it is requiring her to reset her password every time. When I look at her profile, the "force password change" box is not checked. Is this a known Moodle issue? Is there a fix?
Nevermind - student in question was using the wrong login.
