I would suspect you would not have problems.  All those plugins have updates. I use the same plugins, though I don't use Fordson. I do have a use a couple of course themes and have seen very few, if any, problems. If you haven't customised anything in core and haven't customised the plugins, they all upgrade very smoothly (I don't do the upgrades, someone else does, but it literally takes very little time and testing updates and plugins is simple and in the past 2 years, I've seen no problems in our upgrades. The guy who upgrades us is really good, so maybe he is just awesome, but if you follow the steps and your site is set up well and you server is...whatever servers should be...you should be okay.  Don't forget to do a full back up before you start, though...better safe than sorry.
