Hi,
In our university, we had a BigBlueButton server installed with version 1.0 since july 2016 (named bbb-2). In march 2020, we've installed a new BigBlueButton server with version 2.2.2 (named bbb-3).
We use Moodle 3.7.5 (or 3.5.10), with latest version of BigBlueButton's plugin (2.3.3 / 2019042008).
When we've changed the BigBlueButton's plugin reference to point to the server, previously existing recordings where no more shown in recordings lists for BBB's activities.
After that, recordings have been transfered from the old server to the new one, following general instructions and necessary point for old ones (BBB 1.0/1.1).
Now, we see again list of recordings in BBB activities, but when we try to click on a button ("Presentation", "Podcast" or "Screeshare"), it open a new page, completly blank, and on the activity page, it shows the error:
"Current
state was not found. The recording may have been deleted or
the BigBlueButton server is not compatible with the action
performed."
I don't understand why we have this. What can we do?
Hope someone can help us recover our recordings.
