how can I create courses, and allow teachers to request courses from the Mobile App?

Although the app allows teachers to grade and do a few other things it's mainly aimed at students for the moment and so I would use the web version to create courses and set up course request.
even students can't participate in activities or resources from the mobile app all are opened in a new page in the web browser
Perhaps to help the Moodle App team, you could say (1) what devices they are using (3) what version of Moodle and version of the App (3) which activities open in the browser instead of the app. All standard activities work for students in the Moodle app now.
