Turn edit on & off Button positioning

Hi Guys, 

Id like to place the "Turn Edit on/off button" on the top-right side of the moodle course view page only visible to teacher roles.

I have tried looking up at the columns2.php page still could not figure out how to achieve this so just putting it out here if anyone has done this before would like to share.

using boost theme v-3.7 by the way.

There are a couple of themes which already do this, so you should be able to find the code and some examples

There are probably others, but those spring to mind straight off.

Hi Shivanesh, I have the same feeling: the "turn editing on" button should be always visible! Did you find any theme that provides this behaviour?
