Well, you asked for a solution which would not need the student to "reload the page". With my solution the page is not reloaded, a simple click on the Check button will display the relevant feedback.
From a pedagogical (and ergonomics) point of view I don't think it's logical to display ALL the feedback messages (correct & incorrect) upon clicking one (radio button) choice.

The feedback messages are meant to be displayed for each individual choice. You say you want to "make it easy for the students". On the contrary I maintain that what you want would be distracting and, again, illogical.
