Pls let me know if there is any possibility to show quiz review (especially general feed back) for students who have passed the exam or completed the allowed attempts instead of showing for all.
There are a bunch of "Review options" that you can set: https://docs.moodle.org/38/en/Quiz_settings#Review_options
My apologies, I passed over the specific scenario that you are describing. You are right, the review options do not seem to specifically accommodate that kind of behavior.
There is an option for that in the "Activity completion" section, though. You could use that to control access (using Restrictions) to another resource (a Page, File, URL, etc.) that has the answers. Of course, if you are using Random questions, then that would not work so well.
Are students going to take the quiz at a particular time, and everyone should finish at approximately the same time? Or is there rolling access to the course? That is, do you think you could use the "Close the quiz" date?

In my case since the quiz is open for the students at any time (not possible to use the close the quiz option) and they are randomized, i can't see any way to achieve my requirement. If there is any workaround or any possibilities to update the moodle team on this requirement in order to consider for future developments please let me know. I wish I could recommend a better solution, but alas, I cannot. 
It is curious that there is an option for exactly what you describe in the Activity completion area, but not for Review options. Sometimes, I take that as a cue to reconsider what I am doing - I don't always agree, but there is quite often a decent pedagogical reason for certain options to exist or not. I cannot speak for your situation, but when I have the flexibility, I personally appreciate the opportunity to think for another moment about my users' experience.
For the future, you may be interested in keeping an eye on the "Course relative dates" feature. I am not sure about your specific workflow, but it might be useful for you.
Finally, by the looks of your screenshot, I would think that those icons are controlled by the Theme that you are using. If that is a popular theme, perhaps another forum member will chime in about how to customize it. If it is a custom theme, then you should work with the developer. If you wanted to get really hacky, and you have access to the file system where your Moodle site is hosted, you could possibly figure out where that file is located (try inspecting the icon image in your browser) and replace it.

Whist appreciating your guidance, please let me know how can i achieve following requirements in moodle 3.5x.
1. In my quiz i set activation completion criteria as passed or completed all allowed attempts and once students achieved any of the above to advance to the next round. That's fine. However, i need to make them obtain the badge only if they have passed the quiz. In that case is there any way i can set the restriction to achieve the badge as "Passed the quiz" whist without changing the activity completion criteria as passed or completed all allowed attempts"" because that criteria is required them to advance to the next quiz.
2. I have 10 activities (Quizzes) with 20 individual quizzes on each of them. (Altogether 200) and these 200 individual quizzes test 5 level of competencies. But these quizzes are mixed in all 10 activities. How can i set competencies for collection of individual quizzes. (Activity based Competency setting won't help as there are mix of quizzes)

Hello Kushan,
There are no options to display the review only to students who have successfully completed the quiz. Ideally, you would have to write some PHP code to do this.
Perhaps you could put the quiz solution in a label whose display is conditional on the success of the quiz (using "Restrict access" in the label settings.

Further, is there any way to make a label completely hidden using "Restrict access" in the label settings (not visible to students even as an icon or without showing any indication that they can view the quiz results once they have passed the quiz) until they have passed the quiz or completed the allowed attempts.

after finish the quiz student return to course and see the label that congrats him the badge and pass the quiz , with whatever you put (link to badge , or >>>> test animated image as Dominique says , video ....., )
i think it is a good idea is to hide this label after he click on it (
