I'm using the custom certificate 3.7. When downloading a certificate, there is a blank screen after clicking download. The user has to refresh the download page once to get the file.
The downloaded file is name pdf without .pdf pdf extension. User needs to rename the file extension manually.
Note that the problem exists with Chrome user. No problem with Edge users.
Please kindly advise any solution.
