custom certificate - Error

Hi,

When I try to preview custom certificate I get following error

Exception - TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: [localcachedir]\505e32f3-6216-4812-8c67-a535a86e1a73\089ce646-416e-47c3-bffd-d193e3c679c4/target

I tried many suggestions given in the group. But still getting the error,

Moodle Version - 3.7.1

Hi Ruwan,

I got that error when editing the certificate and I tried to add a QA code element. After deleting the QA code element, the certificate preview displayed fine.

Hi Helen,

I think that was the issue in mine too. I set a specific height and width for QR (16X16) and it started working.
