I am building a Moodle site for a company, which requires users to take a personality test after reading a paragraph when he/she first logs in to the Moodle account. The Questionnaire plugin allows us to make the test, but only inside a course. Is there any way to achieve this, maybe by making a custom plugin? The questionnaire consists of a series of questions with radio options such as Strongly Agree, Disagree, etc. The responses should be recorded in order to provide scores about various aspects of one's personality. Once filled, it should not appear on subsequent logins. Please help.
