2020... I have researched similar questions and posts but they don't provide an easy solution outside of suggesting modifying Moodle form. Shouldn't this be implemented already in Moodle? Be able to decide what signup default fields should be required or not?
Do we have a solution yet in Moodle 3.6, 3.7 or 3.8 version?
