It’s maybe something to do with UTF encoding, but regardless, please think about NOT using the ampersand - change it to ‘and’ for accessibility reasons. Screen readers and other accessibility devices have a difficult time recognising the ampersand.
thank you for your information jon, actually there are some sitenames for organisations which have their org name registered that way and they want the name to be displayed the same way in the email.
