Yeah, we did manage to fix this eventually. It is something to do with old libraries getting stuck in the backend and not being updated properly. Sometimes you can fix it by editing the activity (if possible), or by completely uninstalling H5P and then reinstalling it (but take a copy of every single H5P activity before doing so as you lose them all if you don't). Another time we fixed it by doing an upgrade of Moodle and H5P. You can also manually download the correct library and that sometimes works. It's all a bit hit and miss.
