I installed Moodle 3.8 under Ubuntu 18.04LTS server successfully.
Now I am struggling with external DB enrollment.
my environment is :
PHP 7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 (cli)

Server version: 5.7.28-0ubuntu0.18.04.4
Do you know a way to configure external DB enrollment and authentication to a SQL database? All our users are on a SQL DB.
