This is a project we commenced in collaboration with a university and has been somewhat delayed.
Two issues under this project so far are: MDL-66439 and MDL-66440.
The roadmap page lists the main projects that are being worked on. We aim to bring the majority in for 3.9 and I do hope we are able to progress with this particular project too.
