I ask for advice on how to manage a course that has particular characteristics:
1) It is a course with a video, a presentation and questionnaire open to all collaborators working in a hospital (they must do it within a year)
2) From January I should register the new recruits who have to do it within three months and I have to produce a report every month on those who have already done so.
I thought of managing this situation with groups but it would become too complex ...
At the moment I think that the only solution is to manually check the new employees each month after completing the activity.
Does anyone have another idea?
