Hi,
User is getting the "ERROR1" message while trying to login into LMS after the second or third login.
When I checked the user got duplicated with userid=0 in mdl_auth_oidc_token table in the database. When I deleted that row from the database, then the user got the below error message:
and again the user got duplicated in mdl_auth_oidc_token table with userid=0. How to resolve this?
