Welcome to Moodle community. Where did you register? To teach using Moodle you need to install Moodle in your server or in cloud.
Or you can simply start with Moodle cloud free account or Gnomio.com service.

Hello Idowu. To be able to use Moodle you need to have a Moodle site where you can teach. It can be one you run yourself or one set up by your organisation. Please see About Moodle FAQ and also the page https://moodle.com/pricing/
In order to use the Moodle (mobile) app you need an existing Moodle site to connect your phone to.
