drag & drop onto image: doesn't work on Android phone

Hi there,

I created a quiz question where students shall drag some text items into 4 zones of an image. Works fine in browser, but on my Android device it says 'click once to choose and click again to drop' (Tippen Sie zum Auswählen und noch einmal zum Ablegen) but it doesn't work: there ar eno zones to drop visible and a cannot drop the items.

What could be wrong?

No, it seems to be a different error. It's not that the image is endlessly loading but the 'picked' text can't be 'dropped' anywhere.

Any other idea?

Hi there,

I now tested again with a irritating result:
when I create a drag & drop quiz on the Orange School demo site and try that on my Android: works fine.
When I recreate the quiz with the same settings in my moodle site, the dropzones are not shown on the image.

What can that be?
Why is the behaviour different? I do not use a different CSS for my site for the App.
Site is 3.7, Theme Boost (for browser).

Is it a question of the Moodle version?

Addition: I tried again with the sandox-version on the moodle demo site: and it works!
What can be different to my site? How can I find out?

Addition: tried with the Moodle desktop App: same behaviour: sandbox works fine, same error on my site. traurig
