Can't download assignment > 1.5M

Hi,

This just started recently.

I can't download assignment file sizes of 1.5M or bigger. 

This despite a size cap of 64M. Students can upload larger files, I (or others) just can't download.

It never used to be a problem and I can download large course files, just not assignments. I'm on 2.9

HI all,

Turned out to be a permissions thing. Ownership on the folder was ubuntu:www-data instead of www-data:www-data

Despite this, smaller files could be downloaded. Perhaps resident in memory.

I'm not sure why this hasn't been an issue till now but changing the permissions resolved the issue.
