the plguin “student quiz” can't work within Moodle 3.7.1+ (Build: 20190824)

Now "Student quiz" can't open. Report of activity can' display, Students can't join the activety and do quiz. 

When I restore Moodle to old edition (earlier than 14 Aug), Student Quiz work well. Creator of plugin publish newer edition v4.0.3 (2019082200) , But I upgrade my Moodle to Moodle 3.7.1+ (Build: 20190824). It's unfortuenaely.

Hi, does someone find problem same to me ?
