Thanks for the tips, Ken and the info about the potential compatibility issues with themes. I'm doing a migration from 3.3 to 3.7 today. I wasn't paying enough attention to the version compatibility.
Standing up a brand new server with 3.7, so I still have the old 3.3 server running in case something goes wrong. I was on the verge of doing just that and starting over with the migration when I figured it out.
All in all the migration from 3.3 to 3.7 was pretty smooth. A lot smoother than some previous version upgrades I've done.
