Hi Nicole,

I have been experiencing similar issues with a client.

- Issues with saving progress across diverse devices and browsers

- Most users do not experience the issue

- Not able to replicate

I came here looking for solutions but it seems that there was no solution identified here.

One thing that may help you is a setting in Moodle called "SCORM Standards". This setting controls how much data can be saved by a SCORM package to Moodle. When turned on SCORM packages are limited to 4096 characters. In my experience the average Rise package requires more than this to save progress information.

Once you disable this setting SCORM packages are allowed to save around 50000 characters. This setting used to default to 'on' in earlier versions of Moodle but in more recent versions it seems to default to 'off'.

This may help resolve your issue with progress seeming not to track beyond a certain point in the package.

Even with that setting disabled I have still been receiving reports of Rise courses not correctly tracking results in Moodle. So... if anyone has any other knowledge about this I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Chris
