Course completion doesn't seem to work?

Hello, I am using Moodle 3.7.1 and adaptable.

I downloaded the Accredible plugin and set it to send students certificates when the course is complete

The only problem is that it never shows the course as bein completed even though they have done the required activity.

I have done a test with demo Student:

Check in Site administration > Server > Scheduled tasks that the task 'Calculate regular completion data' is running frequently enough, such as every minute. You need to make sure the cron is running properly on your site, since all course completion is handled by cron tasks and does not happen immediately in the way that activity completion does. Hi Mary, it is running every minute, unfortunately I am not sure about cron - are you able to go into more detail so I know how to resolve this?

Try Site administration> Server, Scheduled tasks then look for the cron job, Completion marked as started. Select the Run now link.

After it runs, look at the Course completion report and see if it updated as expected.

I was not able to find the 'Run Now' link but have changed the times and it seemed to work, thanks.
